SC, when was ur FP done?

ur PD is current on ur 485..y would they even renew ur ead...they should have approved ur 485!

My FP was done on Nov 11, 2007.

u didnt get another FP for this filing?
i did efile n i got code 2( R index n foto )...

The EAD is actually for my wife, not me. The only FP we got was for the I-485 which we did last November 2007 for both of us.

I thought FP was only for I-485, not EAD

i read on Trackitt tht efiler will get FP n paperfiler dont ... but i have seen some paper filers get FP..
i think code 3 is must when we file 485.. then for every EAD filing we get either code 1 or 2.. tht is just wht understanding...
anywayz u have been current for sometime.. did u try to CIS or raise a SR.. mine is current just this month.. i will wait till OCT n raise a SR...

I filed my I-485 during August 2007 when many other people did. My RD (Recieved Date) for I-485 is August 15,2007. The Processing Time Webpage says that they are still processing I-485 with RD of July 2007 at Texas Service Center.

So, I think that I cannot raise an SR time until the Processing Time goes beyond August 2007.
