Hi. Can you tell me what all documents did you send in your package?

My lawyer sent I-140 and I-485. I am not sure what other forms were sent with those. I know there was a bunch of different docs sent with them - birth certificates, marriage certificate etc., but I don't remember all of those.

What is the I-480 and I-485 form for? Was this a pre-completion OPT?

I-140 application is Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker done by your employer and I-485 is Adjustment of Status to actually receive Green Card, done by applicant. I am not not sure what you mean by OPT.

Ok. I see. OPT is Optional Practical Training for which F1 students can get an EAD card. That is through the I-765 form. I think your case is very different then. Thanks for replying though!
