Hello, may I ask you something?

When you sent your EAD renewal, did you receive the notice and fingerprints appointment both at the same time? I'm asking you this because I got the acceptance letter last friday, but I still haven't received the fingerprints appointment.

Thanks

First you will receive acceptance or tracking number. USCIS will cash your check. Then after some time, you will receive FP notice. Make sure that you appear for FP. The FP notice should arrive approx 1month after notice date. Good luck.

So, should I wait 1 month to get my fingerprints appointment? (I got the acceptance letter last week)

(This is a renewal, I already have an EAD but expires on Nov)

Thank you for your help!

There is no fingerprinting for renewal applications. You will receive your receipt notice and that's it. You may have to wait around 3 months for approval. Please see the I765 tracker in trackitt to get an indication of the approval time frame. When I noticed the trend a few months back, the EAD renewals were taking about 3 months for approval. But it might have changed now. Good Luck.
