Received the "CPO" mail finally from USCIS. Not received the cards in the mail yet hopefully I should get it by the mid of the next week.

Open an SR for interfile on Aug 10th 2011.
Opened another SR for checking the status on pending I485.
Received a reply on the second SR with the below message.
"Your case is currently under review by an officer. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter"
Any suggestions please should I just wait and watch or do I take INFOPASS appointment for check the status?

No update yet.
I asked my paralegal to open another SR but she is saying to wait till Jan 03, 2012.

No information yet.
Paralegal has opened another SR on Jan 04, 2012 and also sent another interfile request on the same day.
What is the update at your side.

No update yet. Called customer service l2 & they told to wait. How long is a question that i don't even bother to ask as the lady i talked to is neither in a mood to listen nor answer. very frustating !!! hopefully we all hear good news very soon.

Finally there is good news on my case.
On 25th Jan, 2012 I received "Card production" mail from USCIS.
On 26th Jan, 2012 I received "Decision" mail from USCIS.
Today 27th Jan, 2012 - Cards mailed to the address mail from USCIS.
Till now I have not received the cards in mail but mine is approved.
Finally Greened after 12 years.
