Yes, I did. I had put in a letter along with the application requesting them to expedite it.
Hey, sorry to bother you again but wanted to find out from you real quick if the letter you provided was written by you or a professor or anyone from your international programs office (such as Dean or a school official) and the reason you supplied. Thanks alot.
I wrote a personal letter requesting them to expedite and i think the International studies might have put a request too( not sure about that).
I was working on my CPT and I was given the same job to continue on my OPT. My CPT was ending on the 20th Mar, so i requested for a OPT start date of Mar 23rd.
So i guess the reason i gave was the start date of my job which is Mar 23rd and this would let me continue working without a break from CPT to OPT. Hope this gives you an answer. feel free, if you have any questions
