Yes it is, Yesterday I have called USCIS Nebraska and they said that you need to wait for 75 days from the day you received your receipt number

Can you tell me what number you called to?

I just called them and got them to put a service request for my case (It has been 81 days). They said I will hear something back from USCIS within 15 days. If not I should call back again.

My status just changed to Card production. I think maybe service request worked in this case

Yes you need to call them and ask them to put a service request for your case.

I have called them wednesday and she said to wait for 5 more days as your application hasn't completed normal processing duration i.e., 75 days. Will see for a week and I'll raise the request.

@draj009 - Did they mean 75 working days? Its been 76 days since my app got in and it is still under initial review! I was just wondering if I should try to place an expedite request.

No, I don't think working days. She counted from the day I've received the receipt number.

did you get ur opt . My application is still under review and it has been 75 days already. Kindly suggest what to do. They have already rejected my expedite requests.
