I requested to expedite.. got rfe for job offer and letter from employer..
didn't hear after i faxed the documents.. almost 10 days now..
this is too frustrating..

They Obviously Dont take expedite request seriously. That's all I read here. I'm sorry.

Hopefully within 6-7 days we should get approval... November list is still pending..

I believe yours is first time opt. If yes you would be getting in 65 to 68 days. Mine is stem extension, I have no hope.

I applied pre-OPT in fall 2014. This is new OPT from 01/05.
Does the EAD card delay shifts the start date of OPT ? or these waiting days are wasted ?

It doesn't shift start date. The days are basically wasted unless your employer have good legal dept and fine with employing your without ead. I know one case where one employer allowed up to a month while waiting for ead

hey how did u send the job offer & expedite request letter? Did u fax it n if yes how many times??
