Same place I mailed my application to. I'd recommend trying it. I think it may have helped me because they approved my application two days after they received my offer letter and note.

when I sent the offer letter I didn't ask for it to be expedited or anything because they had already denied my expedite request. Hope this helps and good luck!!

Do the approval notice have start date? If so, Was it the actual date we requested or else approved date.

It's 24th June on the approval notice but I requested June 1st

Yeah they usually either give you the date requested or the approval date depending on which is later
