Posted by Hi, congratulations on your on-time approval. I am still waiting for my case. I have applied for expedited processes, but it got rejected. Can I ask if the support letter from your employer mentioned that if you cannot start working on-time, your offer will be canceled?
I was asked to fax documents to support my case. I faxed them all I could including previous and present I20, passport and Visa scans, offer letter, agreement with employer etc. It did not have the letter that you have mentioned.
oh, you are lucky then. I was told to fax offer letter, support letter from my employer that mentioned that my offer will be canceled if I miss the starting date. I think you must meet a nice officer.
