requested address change on 3/1. Status changed to "Card is being produced" on 3/2. Received the approval notice on 3/9 in the mailbox of old address. Received my USPS tracking of delivery a priority mail from KY (where EAD card is made) on 3/10, haven't going back home to track the mail yet. Will move to new address on 3/12, hope can get EAD card finally. I will update later.

It was delivered to the old address. So it is risky to change address when it comes to around the approval date.
