Yes i did, to create a portal. I am just waiting to get a notification that my card is in the mail. I need it to be received by Friday so i can get it shipped to England before I fly back to the US!

Yes, it was on the DHS site. It said " We mailed your card to you. The U.S. Postal Service will deliver it." So i think i should receive it by Friday because they send it priority mail
