I have the same group number 280. My case was received on july 2. I think we have to wait for another 10-12 days. What do you think?

I believe it’s close and from the email O got today at least they started processing my case. I saw today that a case from group 273 was approved.

@victormteles I can see that the last updated case was for the group 271

I’m watching cases both here and with the app “Case Tracker”. The case from group 273 I found with the App.

I didn’t know about the app! I just checked it and saw a case from group 276 was approved!!

No I didn’t get any email! But I think this email that you’re talking about is so random and not getting it doesn’t show anything.

No but I’m seeing a lot of cases after me got updated.

No updates for me. My life got so screwed up now that I’m kind of relaxed. :-)

Me neither. I’m in 276 but you can check any case number you want in case tracker application.

Just saw they mailed an RFE. I knew I would receive it because the photos were not in the envelope. I will update the dates as soon as I receive the RFE in my mail.

Even i received an RFE on Oct 12.

What was the reason for your RFE? When did the response was received? Did they updated to show as received on the same day the mail was delivered?

I changed my status from H4 to F1, so they asked for evidence for full academic year enrollment.
My case was updated as RFE on oct 12.
Received mail of RFE Letter on Oct 18
I sent Docs on Oct 19
USPS says docs received on Oct 22.
But USCIS website updated docs received today - Oct 26

Hi ! I’m in the 278XXX group. My application was received at the Potomac center on the 29th of June. It’s over 4 months since I’ve heard anything. I haven’t received any RFE either. People who applied a month after me already received their physical cards.
Please comment with suggestions / probable reasons for delay / anything else really !!

Prutha, I tried to expedite myself twice, they denied. Then I tried to expedite with the help of a Senator's office, and didn't get any positive response. After that, the employer sent me an offer letter and I tried another senator's office. The response was that my case was already with an officer and I should hear something soon. Coincidentally, on the same day they updated my case to RFE sent. I don't know if it was only a coincidence or not

If you have a good reason, try tyour region’s representatives. At least you might get an updated info.
