Posted by 24 October card mailed, so real total processing time is 105 days.
On the next day the status updated with a tracking number.
Considering expected delivery date - total 110 days of waiting.
I've received it 2 days earlier than the expected date.
Hope the comments will give you some insight to post-approval process, as you can see you still have to account additional ~8-10 days after you were approved to actually be able to start working. It's wise to add +10 days to all Total processing times in this tracker to get an actual time expectation.
