it feels awful when you see other people applied later get approved! I'm in my 109 days. Hope we can get it soon!

Since USCIS website changed status to "New Card Is Being Produced" in the evening, I think it means it has been approved.

Try to find a local Congressman/Senator and their website. Usually they will have some info about procedure for contacting federal agencies on it. If not, just give them a random call and explain your situation.
For me, I just cold called and got to know they have the information posted on their website.

HI! Would you mind sharing your timeline after your card was approved? i.e. card was produced, card is being sent out, picked up, etc etc

Would you mind telling what did you ask them(senator) when you called ? To expedite your case or to call uscis
