The August 2020 visa bulletin has seen a significant forward push in the employment based categories. Continuing from the previous month the positive movement is in favor of the EB-1 and EB-3 categories this month.
Overall, petitioners in the EB-1 category have the most to celebrate for. A solid nine and six-month advancement for India and China have brought their priority dates to February 18, 2018.

The President's Executive Order that closed the US borders to all new immigrants has certainly favored the ones in the current queue. This order is effective until December 31, 2020. It is worth looking out to see how this forward movement trend is impacted until then.
